Title:
Accounting Clerk**
Location: Union City, CA 94587
Contract Duration: 3 months.
- Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under timeconstraints Clerical support to Accounting Dept.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized, Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Minimum of 12 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment.
- Proficient and accurate dataentry skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Can effectively use copy machine, fax, telephone with mínimal training.
