Administrative Assistant


Are you an organized, proactive, and results-driven individual seeking an exciting role with opportunities for growth and development? Connect Home Health Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our administrative functions and play a crucial role in planning sales meetings and identifying networking events for our Sales Director to attend.


In addition to providing comprehensive administrative assistance, you will be responsible for conducting research to identify relevant networking events, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the Sales Director is appropriately equipped to attend these events and connect with potential clients.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance, including scheduling, managing files, answering inquiries, and maintaining records.

Networking Research: Conduct research to identify relevant networking events, evaluate their viability, and communicate them to the Sales Director.

Sales Meeting Planning: Assist in planning sales meetings, coordinating schedules, and preparing materials to ensure productive and effective interactions with prospects.

Communication Facilitation: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication to support business development efforts.

Continual Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity, and contribute to the organization's growth.


Requirements:

Administrative Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Networking Skills: Ability to conduct research, evaluate networking events, and coordinate schedules to support the Sales Director's attendance at relevant events.

Sales Support: Familiarity with sales processes, ability to assist in planning meetings, and coordinate follow-ups to support business development.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences.

Initiative and Adaptability: Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and think creatively to solve problems.

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
