**Job Description**

ANA Insurance Brokerage is a family-owned and independent insurance agency servicing Southern California since 1992. ANA Insurance Brokerage has delivered quality insurance solutions to individuals in California, specializing in Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life insurance. We focus on providing one-on-one attention and quality customer service to create an experience that's difficult to find in today's market. Our business philosophy is educating and servicing our community and helping people make the right choices in protecting their families, homes, and businesses. We serve clients all over Southern California with offices in South Gate, Bellflower, and Van Nuys.

Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Salary: $3, $5,000.00 per month

**Responsibilities**

Process customer policy change requests.

Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

**Requirements**

Bilingual (Spanish)

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Career-minded vision.

A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
