Customer Service Representative for Cosmetic

General Description


Senior customer service representatives for cosmetic support the needs of various departments with various duties to include special projects and meeting coordination.

Support the office administration with trade shows, sales support and customer support activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
  • Mentor or give direction to junior team members and provide training on best practices
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
  • Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Communicate with sales regarding any issues with inventory or price
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other cosmetic products and services
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop thoughtful and strategic executional plans
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales communications for company products/brands
  • Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of cosmetic orders on a daily basis; Costco, Amazon, etc.
  • Manage all day to day activities within the Order Fulfillment division
  • In charge of private labeling and purchasing material
  • Assist Account Manager with invoicing, account receivables and account payables
  • Administer, organize and maintain project files, hard copy and electronically, of cosmetic products/brands.
  • Oversee the coordination of private labeling of our cosmetic products/brands.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination on projects as assigned
  • Assist the Cosmetic Sales Coordinator
  • Ensures performance goals are met.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be required

Required Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of experience in skincare or cosmetic customer service.
  • 3 plus years of cosmetic sales experience.
  • Sales plan, KPI, P&L and sales organizations experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, verbal, written and Microsoft Suite skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas
  • Team player; willing to complete special assignments on call when needed
  • Ability to work in a frequently interrupted, shortdeadline environment while giving courteous support for customer's immediate needs
  • On Site work is required. (Residence within 20 miles)

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
