Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates

Experience:


  • Previous experience in sales and customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Please note that this position requires strong data entry skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in sales and customer service role is preferred.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
