The Lakin Tire Customer Service Representative will ensure that both our internal and external customers are receiving world-class customer service daily and timely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dispatches requests to the appropriate local dispatcher or agent (daily).
- Coordinates initial pickup of new accounts with the Transportation team (regularly).
- Prints trailer verification reports for required agents and sends them to agents to verify accurate information (weekly).
- Completes agent data input and export to systems and validates accuracy.
- Handles all necessary communication with agents regarding scheduling and other issues (regularly).
- Validates agent pickups daily.
- Schedules return of tires taken from stores either via route or alternate shipping method (daily).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Work Experience:
- A high school diploma or general education (GED) is required, a college degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience.
- The ability to communicate fluently in two languages, Spanish and English is required.

- Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
