Seeking a dedicated and professional Client Services Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact between our valued clients and our dynamic team.

The CSR will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of information, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication_:_ As a CSR, you're the main point of contact for our clients. You'll handle their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, making sure they feel heard and valued.

Quoting and Project Management_:_ You'll use ShopVox software to generate accurate quotes for our clients, sticking closely to our pricing guidelines and project specifications. Additionally, you'll oversee the entry of project components into ShopVox, paying close attention to detail to ensure everything is accounted for.

Cost Assignment and Communication_:_ It's your responsibility to assign costs to project components and communicate this information effectively between our team and our clients. Clear communication is key to keeping everyone on the same page.

Collaboration with Internal Departments_:_ You'll work closely with our internal departments, including fabrication, print production, and finance. Collaboration and coordination are essential to ensuring projects run smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly.

Project Organization_:_ Using tools like Slack, you'll keep everyone updated on project schedules, timelines, and expenses. Your organization and attention to detail will help our project managers keep jobs on track.

Exceptional Customer Service_:_ Throughout the lifecycle of each project, you'll provide exceptional customer service. Proactively addressing challenges and seeking opportunities to exceed client expectations will set us apart from the competition.

Product Knowledge_:_ It's important to stay up-to-date on Grafico's products, services, and capabilities at all times. This knowledge will allow you to effectively address client needs and promote additional offerings, contributing to our overall success. Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
