We are currently in need of a
NIGHT
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Duties
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
- General office duties
- Process all orders in a timely manner
- Communicate with Customers, Sales Staff, Vendors and Employees
- Maintain accurate inventory processes & procedures
- Conduct research with inventory to help identify areas of opportunity
- Offer friendly, helpful service with a smile
Requirements:
- Good Math & English skills
- Good PC skills, typing & strong 10key by touch skills
- Bilingual: fluent in English & Spanish A+
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum Supervision
- Previous food and/or Produce experience A+
Work Schedule
- Sunday nights through Friday nights
- Days off are every Saturday and a day off during the work week
- Must be willing to work overtime, if necessary
- Normal shifts are 2pm to 10:30pm, 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3pm to 11:30pm,
Starting rate of pay is:
$21.00 per hour
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
