    Responsibilities:

    Discovering and Attracting Talent:


    Utilize various channels to identify and attract talented candidates who are the right fit for our commision-based sales roles, while evaluating their qualifications and potential.

    End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

    Talent Selection:
    Ensure we bring onboard the best-fit candidates who align with our company values and objectives.

    Relationship Building:


    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.


    Innovative Strategies:
    Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives to stay ahead in the industry.

    Industry Expertise:
    Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.


    Qualifications:
    Recruiting Experience: 1 + years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success.

    Project Management:
    Strong project management skills to handle multiple assignments effectively.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

    Team Player:
    Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently.

    Deadline-Driven:
    Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.

    Organizational Skills:
    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

    Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

    Bachelor's Degree:
    A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
