    Premium Merchant Funding is a leader in the financial services industry with offices across the US & Canada and we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Talent Acquisition TeamAbout the Role:As a Recruitment Specialist at Premium Merchant Funding, you will be instrumental in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring skilled and ambitious sales representatives for our ongoing recruitment needs.

    In this high volume recruitment opportunity, your ability to inspire candidates and showcase the rewards of a career in sales will position us as the employer of choice.


    Responsibilities:

    Discovering and Attracting Talent:
    Utilize various channels to identify and attract talented candidates who are the right fit for our commision-based sales roles, while evaluating their qualifications and potential

    End-to-End Recruitment:
    Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates

    Talent Selection:
    Identify and secure the most suitable candidates who align with our company values and objectives, fostering a high-performance sales team

    Building Relationships:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process

    Innovative Recruitment Strategies:
    Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies and initiatives to stay ahead in the competitive market, attracting top sales talent

    Qualifications:
    Recruiting Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success

    Project Management Skills:
    Strong project management abilities will enable you to effectively handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines

    Exceptional Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial to engage and influence candidates effectively

    Collaborative Team Player:
    You excel in a collaborative team environment and have the ability to work independently

    Deadline-Driven:
    High-energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines under pressure

    Organizational Skills:
    Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential to manage a high-volume recruitment load

    Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required to effectively perform the job responsibilities

    Bachelor's Degree:
    A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
