    Recruitment Specialist-Full Time
    NY Metro Region

    Hybrid Remote/In Office


    We are seeking a full-time recruitment specialist to join our team, working a hybrid schedule of remote/in person at an industry-leading healthcare facility in Upper Manhattan to provide metric-driven results to our healthcare client.

    Excellent professional and personal opportunity to grow your career with a firm dedicated to high performance.

    Bachelor's Degree, along 1-3 years professional recruitment experience, with a preference for healthcare experience. You'll be delivering recruitment results along with great customer service. A positive, "can-do" solutions oriented approach is the type of person we seek.

    We encourage input, feedback on how to do things better, and offer more than usual flexibility and autonomy for achieving goals.

    Strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, along with strong telephone and written/email communication skills. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Prior experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) required-prior experience using iCIMS a plus.
