    Job DescriptionSalary: $60,000 to $75,000

    Summary: IHL is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with the company and start their career in recruiting.

    About IHL: IHL Group is a New York City-Based, trend-driven company specializing in Women and Children's apparel.

    IHL Group was established in 2007. Since it opened its doors, IHL Group has securely positioned itself as a recognized manufacturer and wholesaler with its North American and global presence across all major channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the first point of contact for all candidates looking to take the next step in their careers and guided them through the recruitment process.
    • Use sources such as LinkedIn and Indeed to source talent looking for new opportunities.
    • Schedule multiple interviews with hiring managers throughout the process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 1-3 years experience
    • Good time management skill with the ability to prioritize
    • Strong communication and written skills

    Job Logistics

    Location: New York, NY – Midtown West

    Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000
