Responsibilities:

Discovering and Attracting Talent:

Utilize various channels to identify and attract talented candidates who are the right fit for our commision-based sales roles, while evaluating their qualifications and potential.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

Talent Selection:

Identify and secure the most suitable candidates who align with our company values and objectives, fostering a high-performance sales team.

Building Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

Innovative Recruitment Strategies:
Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies and initiatives to stay ahead in the competitive market, attracting top sales talent.

Qualifications:
Recruiting Experience:

1+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success.

Project Management Skills:
Strong project management abilities will enable you to effectively handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Exceptional Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial to engage and influence candidates effectively.

Organizational Skills:

$45,000.00 Annually + Bonuses and Comission
