    Description

    Our Express Employment office in downtown Jersey City is in need of a part time Recruiting Specialist. Duties include: handling very busy phones, with the ability to handle 5-7 lines in addition to recruiting candidates. In addition, should be able to multi-task with demonstrated experience.

    Bi-lingual in Spanish is required.



    Responsibilities include:

    *Call candidates for interviews after screening resume.

    *Handle phone calls as needed.

    Other general administrative duties

    Requirements:

    -Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish

    -Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Data Entry Skills

    -Internet savvy

    -Excellent customer service skills because will deal with our clients, associates on-the-job and future associates.



    Hours:

    Monday-Friday 9am-1pm - may grow as needed
