- Coordinating internal & external meetings, including staff meetings, quarterly reviews, vendor & customer meetings.
- Managing virtual meetings & Zoom scheduling, ensuring seamless connectivity & communication.
- Handling all travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for domestic and international travel.
- Submitting expense reports & receipts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assisting with organizing team events, including coordinating logistics, managing RSVPs, and catering arrangements.
- Providing support for new hires, including scheduling onboarding meetings, arranging workspace and equipment, and serving as the administrative point of contact. Skills:
