    HR Manager Opportunity with a Top Client Remote Based Position


    Job Title:
    HR Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
    Collaborate with the executive team to ensure HR initiatives support company goals.


    Performance Management:
    Establish and manage performance management systems, including goal setting and reviews.
    Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and professional development.


    Compensation and Benefits:
    Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.


    Compliance:
    Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
    Develop and enforce HR policies in accordance with legal requirements.


    HR Metrics and Analytics:
    Implement HR metrics to assess program effectiveness.
    Analyze workforce trends to inform strategic decisions.


    HR Technology:
    Utilize HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


    Payroll Specialties:
    Process payroll accurately and on time.
    Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
    Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government agencies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
    In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Experience in developing and implementing HR programs.
    Proficiency in payroll processing and administration.
    Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
    Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
