- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, attending meetings to gather project and procurement status updates.
- Record and prepare meeting minutes and action items, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive action item lists for each project, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Generate analytical data from various reports to monitor task progression and support program reviews.
- Review engineering drawings for accuracy and compile parts lists for procurement purposes.
- Manage spreadsheets to track material purchases and expenditures.
- Assist in preparing reports and submissions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support proposal preparation by gathering, integrating, and analyzing cost and schedule data.
- Track prototype and/or production status of components associated with respective projects.
- Ensure all projects adhere to internal processes and standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
- Identify and address scheduling conflicts and potential issues with customers and contracts.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, with a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Experience in financial support, including developing, tracking, and reporting spend plans and project/task budgets, is desirable.
