About the Role:

reporting of data within the HRIS, Workday. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in our transformation and build a new future for Convatec HR.


Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Engaging with stakeholders and maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
  • Support agreement of global process model, localizations and associated Workday updates and changes
  • Develops reports to meet customer needs and drive business results and collaborates with other areas to accomplish complex reporting requests.
  • Explores best practices for HRIS configuration and provides consultation to better meet internal customer needs by engaging with Workday community.
  • Maintain watching brief on relevant market, best practice, and tool developments.
  • Provide secondlevel support of Workday to end users resulting from firstlevel escalations and maintenance of the product backlog.
  • Utilize EIBs to make mass updates in Workday for compensation updates, job changes, etc.
  • Actively research for new enhancements and releases in Workday, and continually challenge decisions to deliver an HRIS environment which is empowering for a global community.
  • Constantly monitors system performance and identifies process that need improvement.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and integrity of HRIS system information security. Ensures that the HRIS systems security protocols are consistent with the company's systems security policies and practices. Works with the Information Security Team to define system access and monitors the utilization of systems functions.
  • Manages execution of multiple HRIS requests simultaneously.
  • Actively organize and lead testing as part of the product lifecycle for implementation and new workday functionality releases.
  • Escalates or refers complex issues to Director of Global HRIS as required to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensured integrity of data through regular audits, resolving irregularities and partners with relevant CoEs to research and correct discrepancies.
  • Guide, train, lead and consult with functional users to identify and document best practices and strategy in configuration.
  • Participates in or creates integrations from Workday as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company data

About You:


You're a Workday HRIS expert working across multiple modules such as HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Security and Onboarding Modules.

Your robust knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques, along with your experience in requirement gathering techniques, project management, and HRIS systems development methodologies will help you thrive in this role.

You're a self-starter with a desire to learn who has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You have a consultancy mindset eager to engage with stakeholders bringing a demonstrated history of meeting significant customer deliverables,
building rapport, and influencing decisions. You're a strong communicator who enjoys teamwork within a project environment. As a problem solver and critical thinker with strong analytical skills, you have an exceptional ability to model business processes and identify and resolve
gaps.


Qualifications/Education:


  • Bachelor's degree (relevant experience and/or certification in specialist HR/IT function may be substituted for degree, when appropriate)
  • Minimum of 2 years data administration and configuration on Workday system with increasing complexity and demonstrating continuous improvement over time.
  • Experience with Workday's HRIS system across multiple modules such as HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Security and Onboarding Modules
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • International experience preferred


  • Bi-Lingual

  • Spanish preferred
