Position Summary


We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated People Operations Specialist who will contribute significantly to the growth of the Cellares team.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist recruiters with creating and formatting job descriptions
  • Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and organizational changes, while upholding stringent compliance with data protection regulations
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Assist with all manner of adhoc organizational development projects such as talent reviews, engagement surveys, compliance trainings, and as a supporting teammate to our larger People Team in various ways
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is preferred
  • Web based ATS experience is preferred (We use Lever)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Selfawareness, integrity, authenticity, and a growth mindset
- $65,000 - $100,000 a year
