The responsibilities: * Responsibility for the IT helpdesk * Installation/support of PC workstations (Windows 10) * IT and ICT helpdesk and 1st level support * Application support for KIS/PMT * Support for the application managers for the clinic information system (KIS) / billing system Misa Corona * Management of the ticket system for KIS * Participation in IT projects * On-call duty on a rotating basis What you bring: * Completed training as an IT specialist with a federal certificate or equivalent education * Several years of experience in IT support * Initiative and teamwork * Ability to handle stress * Native-level German language skills * Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable but not mandatory * Excellent manners and a professional appearance What we offer you: * Meaningful work and visible impact
