    We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Operations Coordinator for our thriving commercial real estate brokerage.

    This multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker with a strong marketing background, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing strategy, managing administrative tasks, and implementing innovative tools to drive growth and success.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brokerage's services and increase brand visibility.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects through effective prospecting techniques, networking, and market research.
    • Create and refine scheduled marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, postcards, presentations, proposals, email campaigns, and property listings, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.
    • Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring accurate property information, engaging visual content, and optimal user experience.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling inquiries from clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
    • Deliver weekly in-depth briefings to property owners, highlighting the comprehensive marketing and engagement strategies employed for their listed properties.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing files, arranging property tours, scanning of documents, managing correspondence, and facilitating contract preparation and execution.
    • Ensure the meticulous management of escrow transactions while maintaining precise communication and document exchange in strict adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
    • Leverage cutting-edge marketing tools and analytics to organize, plan, and execute effective email campaigns to enhance client engagement and lead generation.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices, recommending innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in marketing, prospecting, or real estate administration.
    • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, MS Office, Outlook, and DocuSign.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
    • Proficiency in utilizing advanced marketing tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and email marketing platforms.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with commercial real estate industry practices and terminology is highly advantageous.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to differentiate the brokerage and drive business growth.

    Compensation:
    $62,400 (+ Potential Bonuses)
