Live events are back, and we are busier than ever We're seeking an energetic, highly organized, detail oriented, 'get it done' Operations Coordinator to work out of our Anaheim office.

You will be responsible for performing all operational and administrative functions of the office, and making sure things run smoothly.

The Operations Coordinator (formally known as a City Operations Specialist) impact is visible both in and out of the office.

From pre-show preparation to post show closing, this is an active role that engages with people at many levels and helps to ensure our values translate from behind the desk out to the show floor.

You will report directly to the Regional Director. Position does require being on-site full-time plus the ability to travel.

Salary is $65-67,000

What You Do:

All administrative work as it pertains to the office (filing, ordering supplies, etc.)
Process timecards, billing, invoices, material tracking and employment verifications.
Onsite support at various tradeshows
Ability to travel to other cities for onsite support (1020% travel)
Prepare, maintain, and distribute show files
Enter and manage payroll, billing, timecards, inventory and purchases on all assigned shows.
Serve as a central resource for show labor in the local market.
Other duties as needed.
