    Live events are back, and we are busier than ever We are looking to add a Project Coordinator to our Retail Division to provide varied and comprehensive administrative support to project stakeholders, including department leadership, account managers, project managers, and field crews. This highly collaborative role aims to ensure successful project completion and strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

    You will report directly to the Operations Manager-Retail Division and be based out of our corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically two days in the office/three days remotely .

    Salary is $55,000-60,000

    What You'll Do:
    • Manage estimate and quote activities.
    • Book project-specific travel and materials.
    • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures; ensure deadlines are met.
    • Liaise with project managers and field crews on project activities; follow up on project status and problem resolution.
    • Communicate project updates to and between sales teams and clients.
    • Inspect and document pre-install, set-up, and post-install project activities; manage and distribute post-install pictures and reports.
    • Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure schedules run efficiently, jobs are completed as intended, and invoicing is processed timely.
    • Participate in team meetings and follow up with meeting tasks and to-do lists.
    • Assist with base and satellite city operations when necessary.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Who You Are:
    • 1+ years' experience providing administrative support in tradeshow installation/dismantle or construction industries; project coordination experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and varied database software
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to solve problems with a creative, flexible, and resourceful approach.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of basic expense and inventory management concepts.
    • Superior attention to detail.
    • Expert time management and organizational skills with ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment.
    • Ability to travel up to 10%
