    Role Summary


    As the second hire of the growing Acquisition Marketing team, your job is to help codify and productize our acquisition efforts, creating, executing, and optimizing processes, strategies and creative to ensure success as we scale and grow.


    Acquisition Marketing is the bridge to our user base, tasked with getting into the hearts and minds of our consumers, understanding their motivations, fears, how they use healthcare, and how we can best support them on their journey to becoming healthier.

    We parlay this user knowledge into multi-channel outreach campaigns, sending out millions of SMS, emails, and direct mail and as we grow, so too will the volume of our consumer touchpoints.


    This is a highly collaborative role–you'll work with our in-house Product, Design, Data, Operations, and Customer Success teams, as well as externally with our healthcare partners.


    Equal parts creative and analytical, strategic and executional, we're looking for an extremely organized, process-driven person who moves fast, loves making order of any situation, and experimenting with new tactics and then reporting on their efficacy.

    Key Responsibilities


    Acquisition Strategy:
    Conduct qualitative user research on our core demo and pitch ways to evolve our marketing strategies to better serve them

    Identify and create high-value content to aid in the conversion funnel, examples being video, testimonials, web copy, blog posts, social posts


    Project Management:
    Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation

    Run our outreach materials submission, feedback, and approvals process with customers

    Master the orchestration process of our outreach campaigns and identify areas for improvement & run tests to optimize their effectiveness


    Detail-Oriented Execution:
    Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy and quality.

    Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on campaign performance, keeping a close eye on our activation rates and other key metrics


    Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing processes for increased efficiency.

    Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing operations.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree

    3-5 years experience in marketing-related role

    Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Extremely detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills including direct interfacing with customers / accounts.

    Passion for process improvement and optimization.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Results-driven with a focus towards key metrics

    Experience in working with various design template tools and automation/orchestration tools

    Must come to the office 3 days a week in Marina Del Rey on a hybrid basis


    Additional Skills:
    Experience in the healthcare space, with a particular focus on Medicare and Medicaid populations

    Exposure to the creative process/creating marketing assets (copy and/or design)

    Base Compensation:
    $60-100K
