Our Los Angeles Office is seeking an experienced marketing manager with 5-7 years' experience to join our team.

Position Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prospecting, tracking, and reporting of business leads (Deltek Vantagepoint)
Researching potential pursuits and leads
Tracking and maintaining prequalifications, IDIQs, registrations.
Working with Principals and senior staff to produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations
Consultant coordination and management during the pursuit process
Preparing tailored brochures and other marketing materials for new clients or work
Preparing and updating corporate collateral (resumes, brochures, etc.)
Research, design, write and produce marketing materials, specific to project pursuits in alignment with the firm's brand
Manage the firm's CRM System as it relates to pursuits and new business

Education and Experience

Minimum of a bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, architecture, or an equivalent level of experience
Minimum 57 years of experience in an AEC marketing position
Experience in an Architecture/Engineering/Construction firm is required.
Applicants should be proficient in InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel as well as have an understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset

Additional Experience and Skills Desired

Fluency in spoken and written forms of Spanish language (not mandatory)
Business writing skills
Ability to work independently
Strong sense of architectural and graphic design
In depth knowledge of the local and global architectural industry
