    Overview:

    As the Director of Sales, you will oversee the strategic direction and implementation of our sales initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, you will manage a top-performing sales team, foster key client relationships, and ensure the overall success of our sales endeavors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy and Leadership:
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in line with company goals.
      • Provide visionary leadership to promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
      • Collaborate with various teams to align sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
      • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
      • Work with the Executive Team to create growth strategies and leverage new opportunities.
      • Implement effective sales management processes including pipeline management and forecasting.
    • Team Management:
      • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
      • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
      • Analyze productivity and effectiveness of sales managers and team members.
      • Promote a results-driven culture to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
      • Manage client retention programs to maintain client churn below 10% annually.
      • Provide guidance to sales leaders and teams on optimizing performance.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
      • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure seamless client interactions and satisfaction.
      • Participate in client and prospect meetings as needed.
    • Market Analysis and Insights:
      • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
      • Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and enhancements.
    • Revenue Forecasting and Reporting:
      • Develop accurate and timely sales forecasts.
      • Regularly report on sales performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.
    • Requirements:
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
      • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
    • Skills and Knowledge:
      • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the legal industry and relevant domains.
      • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing CRM systems for insights and customer relationship management.
      • Technology Skills: Familiarity with customer support technologies.
      • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
      • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of legal regulations and industry standards.
      • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams.
      • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
      • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills for client issue resolution.
      • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align initiatives with business objectives and contribute to long-term plans.
      • Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to industry trends and customer requirements.
      • Budget Management: Proficient in budget planning and oversight.
      • Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
      • Training and Development: Experience in designing training programs for team growth.
    • Travel: Some travel required, with at least three trips annually and additional travel as needed.
