We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation Programs & Design. Reporting to our Sr.
Manager, Compensation Programs & Design, you will be a key player on the team that is responsible for implementing and running compensation programs, emphasizing market-competitive practices that are globally consistent and locally relevant.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the design and implementation of global compensation programs including base salary, variable compensation, and equity plans
Maintain compensation framework, policies, and guidelines
Participate in regular market analysis and benchmarking for cash and equity programs
Provide program management for semi-annual compensation review cycles, including budgeting and planning for global cash and equity awards
Support change management and communication plans for large-scale projects
Collaborate cross-functionally to align compensation programs with business objectives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making
Proactively seek new insights and approaches contributing to the continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field- or - have equivalent experience, education, and training
Minimum 4-6 years of required hands-on experience in a Global Compensation Analyst role
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. spreadsheets, databases)
Experience with Workday, and Radford market data (or other similar compensation software)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and navigate ambiguity
Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and employees, and work in close partnership with others on the team
Project/program management skills highly preferred
Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.
This role does not have a variable compensation component.
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.
In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.
An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders.
Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
