About the Position:
As the Procurement Program Director, you will provide Pavilion-level project oversight for projects under the Harris Health $2.9-billion Strategic Capital Plan.
This includes being directly responsible for the requirements of developing, monitoring, and executing the facilities planning construction program at your assigned Pavilion.
The Program Manager, Procurement will supervise assigned project staff, develop and continually improve the program, and execute program directives.You will facilitate program planning meetings that will establish multi-year program forecasts for strategic project planning and budgeting in addition to creating and maintaining integrative relationships with key departments associated with this project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Design, Construction, or related technical degree preferred
- CHFM certification and/or PMP preferred
- 8 years in Healthcare Design/Construction & Construction Administration
- Experience with project team leadership and development
- 6 years of Project Management experience
- 4 years of experience leading teams in a multidisciplinary health environment
