- Review and consolidate program baseline and program spending plans at the enterprise level. Conduct cross-program analyses to determine the impacts of program performance and progress against plans, determine resources necessary to accomplish assigned goals. and objectives.
- Maintain department-wide budget tracks at executive, project, sub-project, and MSA levels.
- Ensure coordination and completeness of budget estimates and requirements for new and existing initiatives across teams.
- Conduct and review cross-program analyses on program performance and progress for accuracy; propose adjustments as required.
- Conduct cross-program analyses and resolve cross-program discrepancies before submission for program management review.
- Review forecasts against budgets in various financial systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare final draft budget summaries, charts, memoranda, issue papers, and talking points for executive management.
- Experience managing OpEx/CapEx
- BS/BA in related technical or business discipline 5-10 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply cost analysis methodologies and analytic techniques to evaluate programmatic data
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; adept at other MS applications
- Experience in the travel/hospitality industry is a plus.
