Job Summary:

Duties:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct tests, identify defects, and provide solutions
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Document and report test results
• Monitor all operations that affect quality
• Investigate causes of nonconforming products
• Recommend improvements in processes and procedures

Skills:

• Proficient in quality control methods and techniques
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus

• Heavy lifting experience
• Mechanical knowledge
• Materials handling expertise
• Familiarity with order picking and shipping receiving processes
