    Our client, the leader in luxury travel and hospitality, is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented

    Manager, Program Control Analyst

    to join their team in Miami to support the buildout of several luxury vacation locations.

    Responsibilities:
    Review and consolidate program baseline and program spending plans at the enterprise level.

    Conduct cross-program analyses to determine the impacts of program performance and progress against plans, determine resources necessary to accomplish assigned goals.

    Maintain department-wide budget tracks at executive, project, sub-project, and MSA levels.
    Ensure coordination and completeness of budget estimates and requirements for new and existing initiatives across teams.
    Conduct and review cross-program analyses on program performance and progress for accuracy; propose adjustments as required.
    Conduct cross-program analyses and resolve cross-program discrepancies before submission for program management review.
    Review forecasts against budgets in various financial systems for accuracy and completeness.
    Prepare final draft budget summaries, charts, memoranda, issue papers, and talking points for executive management.

    Qualifications:

    Experience managing OpEx/CapExBS/BA in related technical or business discipline 5-10 years relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to apply cost analysis methodologies and analytic techniques to evaluate programmatic dataIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; adept at other MS applicationsExperience in the travel/hospitality industry is a plus.
