    Job Description

    We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to process heavy data entry into our proprietary database system and Excel. A successful candidate would possess attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication.

    Experience:

    • Experience working in a clerical/office type environment is required
    • Data entry experience is required
    • 40 WPM minimum
    • 2 years Microsoft office, including Outlook, preferred
    • Proficiency in Excel preferred

    Essential Functions:

    • Maintain and update status requests and shipping information daily in shared Excel document
    • Generate vendor reports
    • Update the database daily with info generated from vendor reports
