My experience in human resources includes recruitment, onboarding, and training. I have experience in HR functions, employee relations, policy implementation, and training development. Although I don't have the traditional educational background for this, I did learn through experience.   • Conducted a literature review for the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund II (GEER II) of $17 
    million to provide direct relief to students and families disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 through the award of tuition assistance scholarships to qualifying students (pending grant approval)
  • Worked with the team to prepare the AFC grant report to increase participation rate in Oklahoma’s private school choice programs

  • Coordinated with schools to assist them by conducting recorded interviews for the ChoiceMatters Summit
