I've been in the Private Equity sector for over 7 years. I started as an analyst/assistant and I'm currently a Senior Analyst/Office manager. I love helping others see their potential. I'm bi-lingual, I speak Engligh and Spanish (my parents are from Uruguay). 

Seven years ago, I stepped into private equity operations at Colmore, now part of BlackRock, with no idea how much I would come to love the work. What began as managing client onboarding and AML/KYC compliance quickly evolved into becoming the trusted bridge between investors, leadership, and multiple departments. I discovered that my greatest strength is creating clarity and precision where others see complexity. Every capital call, every audit request, every investor report is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen relationships.

At BlackRock, I help streamline investor onboarding processes by reducing cycle times and ensuring full compliance with AML and KYC requirements, making the experience faster and more efficient for both clients and internal teams. I collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams to manage capital calls and distributions, ensuring accuracy and eliminating reporting discrepancies. I improve client reporting by maintaining clean, reliable data and delivering statements on time, supporting investor confidence and organizational transparency. I facilitate cross-functional alignment with investor relations, fund accounting, compliance, and operations teams to meet aggressive SLAs and resolve issues before they impacted clients. I also support audit readiness by managing documentation and ensuring every review was met with accurate, complete information.
