    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Global Marketing Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution and delivery of marketing projects, inclusive of social media management, and maintaining processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects with internal stakeholders. Implement and maintain processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness while continuously optimizing workflows to streamline project delivery.
    • Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with overall client objectives and goals.
    • Social Media Management: Manage the B2B Institute's social media content calendar, including planning, creation, scheduling, and analysis of content across various platforms to drive reach, engagement and brand awareness.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Report on channel KPIs and use insights to inform optimizations.
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration throughout all project stages. Take ownership of meeting coordination and ensure timely dissemination of project status updates to relevant parties.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high quality projects on time.
    • 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a community of followers.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze marketing performance across channels, distill insights and recommend optimizations
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Experience managing social media platforms (specifically Client) and implementing social media strategies.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Smart sheet and Jira) and social media management and content creation tools (Sprinklr, Canva).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and agencies.
