About the Role:


The People Support team interacts with employees across North America (NA) to answer general HR-related questions, provide support, and guide employees through the employment life cycle, as well as career and life events, always providing a best-in-class employee experience.


What You'll
Do:

Employee Support

  • Monitor and reply to incoming employee inquires through a shared inbox
  • Serve as a point of contact for all HRrelated inquiries from employees, covering topics such as benefits, payroll, policies, programs, systems, and more
  • Clearly communicate company policies and programs to internal audiences
  • Seek and propose process improvements to shared inbox system, making recommendations and proposing innovations to improve team functioning
  • Respond to employment verifications
  • Administer other HR operational tasks, as directed
Onboarding

  • Assist in implementing and managing continuous communications and system setups for new hires, spanning from offer acceptance to the completion of the onboarding program
  • Ensure equipment is provided upon start date
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve onboarding processes
  • Collect and audit new hire paperwork and ensure HRIS and payroll teams have all applicable documents prior to start date
  • Coordinate directly with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure seamless transition from new hire setup and processing to onboarding
  • Prepare new hire resources/communications for day one orientation; conduct orientation sessions
  • Ensure new hires have a comprehensive onboarding experience
Offboarding

  • Follow termination processes according to voluntary or involuntary designation, always maintaining confidentiality and timeliness
  • Prepare exit resources/communications
  • Ensure equipment is returned upon departure
  • Communicate departures to relevant parties, including HRIS and payroll teams for processing
  • Answer questions, anticipate needs and ensure terminating employees have a comprehensive exit experience
Knowledge Management

  • Support knowledge management efforts to ensure employees have direct access to resources, policies and guides
  • Support upkeep of employee and People team SharePoint sites, providing selfservice for general employee questions
  • Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Leaves of Absence

  • Support employees through benefitrelated questions and needs, in partnership with NA Benefits
  • Facilitate leaves of absence, coordinating with employees, People Partners and benefit vendors, as applicable
Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a part of a core team, supporting each other, including management, with all responsibilities and a variety of tasks
  • Assist People team with additional responsibilities or projects, as requested
  • Consistently execute deliverables on time, identifying and using resources appropriately and by following policies and communication protocols
  • Build and maintain a network of credibility, trust, and confidence with stakeholders
  • Allocate time to innovate within one's role and/or participate in a mentor/mentee relationship to explore and advance career growth
  • Engage and express interest in taking on new or challenging tasks

What You'll
Need:


  • At least 2 years of experience in People/HR or a related field
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Interest in innovative HR practices in a professional services environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to quickly respond to inquiries with sound judgment
  • Proactive crossfunctional partnerships to work effectively with peers and partners throughout the whole organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

This hybrid role requires an in-office commitment of three days per week at our NYC location.
