Who You are:
We are looking for Client Service Representative for our Lazydays RV Insurance Center. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and desire to learn and advance will contribute to the success of our agency.
What You'll Do:
Client Interaction:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients. Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to clients on insurance policies.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to address client needs and concerns.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Policy Management:
• Send payment reminder communication to clients which includes calling, texting and/or emailing. Includes monitoring policies at risk of cancellation.
• Work with the agents to meet agency sales and retention goals.
• Ensure accuracy in policy documentation and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Pivot to cross-selling conversations with clients who were not quoted and collect information needed for quote.
• Generate and provide Evidence of Insurance documents to customers.
Claims Assistance:
• Assist clients with the claims process, guiding them through the necessary steps and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between clients and claims adjusters to facilitate a smooth resolution.
Renewals and Reviews:
• Proactively reach out to clients for policy renewals, providing information on coverage options and any changes in premiums.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage based on their evolving needs.
• Send out policy payment reminders to customers.
Problem Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client queries.
• Effectively communicate with customers, internal staff, and management.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Follow up on outstanding application and/or documents requiring signatures.
• Collect supporting documents from customers as requested by insurance companies.
Insurance Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
• Educate clients on policy details, coverage limits, and available add-ons.
*Other responsibilities will be assigned by the /Director of Insurance or Managing Agent based on agency workflow evaluation and as deemed necessary
What You've Done:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in insurance, business, or a related field is a plus.
• We will help you obtain the required licenses. However, candidates with active insurance license preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role; experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Efficiently manage time and tasks.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Strive to meet or exceed performance targets and objectives.
• Proficient in relevant software applications and comfortable learning new systems.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
