Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.
You'll join an organically diverse team where ALL members contribute and support each other's success and well-being.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for more talented people to join, looking for people as passionate about providing exceptional customer service experiences as we are.
You will be first and primary point of contact for key customers and focus on developing rapport, strong relationships, and trust with customer contacts.
We are looking for someone who is willing to wear multiple hats as the company grows.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative at GCS, you will:
- Provide inbound/outbound customer support.
- Help customers resolve technical issues.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
- Support team members in the office.

Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Financial services a plus
- Minimum 2+ Years of work experience
- Proficiency in fastpaced multitasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Personal qualities/skills important to the role (tech, service, etc.)

Salary:
Starts from $50,000 - Based on Experience.
Expected Hours:
Hours will well exceed 40 hours per week with some work at nights and weekends.
Work Location:
In office with possibility of a flex/hybrid schedule after completing a ninety [90] day probationary period dependent upon management requirements.
