Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is currently seeking an eager and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in
Tampa, Florida**.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, process customers' payments, and maintain adequate communication with Delivery Professionals.

Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required.

Customer Service Required Skills and Abilities:

High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of readymix concrete and concrete block; preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn

Customer Service Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assist customers to place orders
Suggest products to meet customers' needs
Process customers' payments
Resolve customer concerns
Maintain communication with Delivery Professionals and Plant Managers
Bilingual (Spanish); preferred

Availability: Monday

Saturday
