Overview:

Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding our products, placing orders, order status, and general information
  • Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and providers
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Analyze and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and address customer needs

Pay:
