Overview:
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding our products, placing orders, order status, and general information
- Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and providers
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess and address customer needs
