Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide sales support, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers on our health insurance products and services, guiding them through the decisionmaking process to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales team members to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices with colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and industry trends.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
- Ability to maintain phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in sales and upselling techniques preferred
- Strong analytical skills for outbound calling and customer analysis
