Job Overview:

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who excels in both sales and support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers to provide sales support, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Educate customers on our health insurance products and services, guiding them through the decisionmaking process to find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices with colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and industry trends.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
  • Ability to maintain phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in sales and upselling techniques preferred
  • Strong analytical skills for outbound calling and customer analysis

$65, $95,000.00 per year
