_Customer Service Representative - Analog Film Photography_

We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for one of our Film Photography programs. The primary focus of the position will be processing incoming customer tickets through the Zendesk CRM platform.

What You'll Do:


  • Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues following knowledge from provided products and training (full training is provided)
  • Provide brand specific support based on each individual interaction
  • Follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide solutions, recommendations and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy.
  • Training provided

Qualifications
-
Experience with Analog Film Photography required
:


  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. This is utilized and applied daily.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and coworkers.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with current customer electronics such as televisions, tablets, cell phone, mobile apps, photo frames, etc.

Experience recommended:


  • Experience with Shopify and/or Zendesk is encouraged
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to quickly grasp documented policies and procedures
  • Problemsolving skills in following fulfillment logistics, tracking missing packages, and troubleshooting film exposure/development errors

Hours & Location:


  • Our office is open 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9 AM to 7 PM.
  • This position will be working onsite in our Hillsborough office.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
