As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a liaison between our customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and issues.

You will utilize your technical understanding to provide initial troubleshooting support for clients, escalating any complex issues to our field technical support team.

You will work in an office in downtown St. Petersburg which offers an exciting city, and makes for a fun working enviornment. You'll also work with a tight knit team of marketing professionals. We often do things together outside of work and enjoy each other's company.


Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact point for our customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Provide minor technical advice and troubleshooting assistance to clients, escalating complex technical issues to field technicians as needed.
• Schedule pool service appointments and manage payment timelines in a timely and organized manner.
• Handle the collection of payments, and when necessary, coordinate the suspension of services due to nonpayment.
• Coordinate and schedule routine service work and periodic service programs.
• Conduct phone sales for our standard services, redirecting special individual quotes to the field manager as required.
• Assist in the development and streamlining of office processes as the company continues to grow, ensuring a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in using computers and other office equipment. (Experience with QuickBooks a Major plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of pool maintenance would be considered a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay:
$42,000.00 per year
