    EDI Support Analyst Customer Service Denver, CO - Trinidad Benham

    Description

    Location Denver, CO Compensation $55,000 - $70,000 / year The EDI Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new EDI customers, obtaining and analyzing EDI specifications, troubleshooting EDI errors, monitoring EDI production issues, and involving appropriate resources to correct the problems. You will be the first point of contact to investigate problems and facilitate resolutions to EDI issues. The role is cross-functional and you can expect to interact with IT, EDI provider, customers, sales and the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for the following:

    Coordinate the onboarding of a new EDI customer Assist in converting current customers to our new EDI provider. Coordinate changes to existing EDI customers, including new documents such as Advanced Ship Notices Research customer reported EDI issues and correct or coordinate solution with IT Monitor flow of orders and report/research issues with customer data, EDI provider, EDI system and the ERP system. Coordinate submittal of updated AS2 certificates Obtain/analyze new customer EDI specifications Map EDI data elements to ERP system data attributes Read/interpret/analyze EDI X12 data files Negotiate EDI rollout dates with customers Engage with multiple IT teams Cleo, Trinidad Benham internal teams and with the customers EDI departments Conduct EDI testing by working with customer, EDI provider, IT and customer service Identify and expedite priority issues Work with Traffic department during carrier shipment update EDI setup MUST-HAVES:

    EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING

    2-Year degree minimum; 4-Year degree preferred in a technical field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or any type of Engineering.

    A true affinity for numbers and data.

    Technical ability to understand and interpret EDI data specifications and mappings to ERP system data attributes.

    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

    Intermediate experience in MS Office Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook.

    Customer service skills by phone/Zoom, or via chat and email.

    Excellent written/verbal communications skills.

    Interpersonal skills and a professionalism.

    Excellent attention to detail.

    Empathetic and kind approach to their customer service resolutions

    Excellent follow-through and time-management
