What can you expect?

  • As an Operations & Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) at The Plains, you will play a key role in shaping internal and external customer processes and creating an optimal service experience
  • You will work directly with our management team, be responsible for customer service processes and the customer service team, and be the first point of contact for service quality
  • You will design and optimize the CRM system as process owner and, in close coordination with the marketing and digital process teams, ensure the quality of our processes
  • You will take responsibility for our customer service and analyze all relevant KPIs for your team

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a vocational training or degree with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with leadership or project management experience and experience in customer contact
  • You are a communication professional, act conscientiously and structured, can adapt flexibly to changing situations and present yourself confidently
  • You have excellent MS Office skills, can understand CRM/database logic well and gather requirements
  • You ideally have experience in process optimization and testing
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional teams, have a healthy sense of humor and have high standards for quality
  • You have German language skills at least at C1 level
