Our clients operate in the fields of online commerce, tourism, online video rental, and various other industries.

Your responsibilities:


  • Customer service: recording customer inquiries and handling them to completion
  • Order acceptance and product consultation according to customer needs
  • Identification and analysis of customer requests
  • Processing of order transactions
  • Creation and maintenance of customer master data

What you bring:


  • Professional experience in a serviceoriented work environment (including internships and shortterm positions)
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers via email and telephone
  • Willingness to work in shifts (minimum 8:00 am 8:00 pm)
