For our client, a well-known company in the service industry in the field of Business to Business, we are currently looking for several customer service representatives to work in the heart of Potsdam on a temporary basis.
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone customer satisfaction surveys (B2B) as a customer service representative
- Maintenance of master data & management of customer relationships
- Telephone potential analysis
Your profile:
- Good computer skills
- Friendly telephone manner as a customer service representative
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
