Sales Development Representatives - Richmond, United States - TheSocialProxy
Description
This is a full-time on-site (eventually hybrid) role for an SDR at The Social Proxy. The team will be built in Richmond, VA. You will be responsible for building the front-end of our outbound sales pipeline. You'll also manage outbound prospecting efforts through multiple prospecting channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) This position will prepare you for a successful career in sales and, hopefully, for a career with The Social Proxy. This role is eligible for promotional paths into Sr. BDR, SMB sales, Mid-Market Sales, Enterprise sales., CS manager, Marketing manager, etc.
Responsibilities:
● Initiate the first steps in the sales process by scheduling calls with prospects within our target "Ideal company profile."
● The ability to complete a large volume of outbound prospecting activity through phone calls, emails, Linkedin, etc.
● Meet monthly meeting metric goals through outbound and inbound channels
● Prospect, qualify, and develop leads using our internal techstack - Including
Hubspot, Zoominfo, Zoominfo-engage, etc.
● Work Closely with SMB & Enterprise Sales Account Directors to further develop & maximize prospecting strategies
● Ensure successful internal handoffs to sales
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or high-volume call role
● Coachable: Willingness to do consistent training, team mock calls, etc.
● Highly motivated with the persistence & creativity to reach prospects and create conversations successfully
● Hyper-organized with a results-oriented self-starter attitude
● Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
● Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
