    Get ready to be part of the Partner Development team at EAB, where we develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to create new business opportunities for EAB and EAB Seramount, a business unit dedicated to advancing DE&I in organizations.

    As a Partner Development Representative (PDR), you will play a crucial role in initiating relationships with potential partners and optimizing team interactions, identifying executives who could benefit from our products and services, and facilitating meetings to foster these prospective relationships.

    By joining us, PDRs can gain valuable insights into the education sector and DE&I best practices, while honing their commercial outreach skills.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Schedule sales meetings for PDEs to meet with prospective partners, working towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
    • Use available resources strategically to identify and contact qualified executives and organizations
    • Communicate with prospects via various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media
    • Create and execute outreach plans to support new business acquisition goals
    • Follow up with inbound leads promptly
    • Maintain and update prospect records in Salesforce
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance demand generation skills
    • Stay informed about EAB and EAB Seramount products
    • Complete additional responsibilities as required

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Goal-oriented mindset
    • Minimum of three of the following: Sales or fundraising experience, Team environment experience, Office experience

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of meeting quantitative goals
    • Effective communication skills with executives via email and phone
    • Demonstrated professionalism with internal and external audiences
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace

    Compensation:

    The starting salary for this role ranges from $42,000 to $46,000 annually with the potential for additional bonus or incentive compensation. EAB offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, generous PTO, parental leave, wellness programs, and growth opportunities.
