Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in advertising and marketing solutions. The successful candidate will have at least two years of sales experience and three or more years in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct 50-75 cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
Manage a fast-paced sales cycle, aiming to close 12 deals monthly after the initial onboarding period.
Engage and nurture client relationships, converting outbound contacts into repeat customers.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in sales, specifically in advertising or marketing solutions.
Overall three years of corporate experience.
Bachelor's degree obtained in-person from an accredited non-profit college or university.
Record of no more than three job roles within the last five years.

Offer:

Base salary of $75,000 with on-target earnings ranging from $105,000 to $120,000.
Relocation to Richmond, VA is required before commencement of employment.
This position is onsite and requires presence in the office five days a week.

Additional Notes: The role is geared towards individuals who are results-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-moving sales environment. Candidates should have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and be skilled in engaging prospective clients through high-volume outbound activities.
